1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Trade Journal you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything done under your account. Report any suspected compromise immediately via Settings → Sessions.

3. Acceptable use

Use the service for its intended purpose: tracking and analyzing your own trading. You agree not to:

• •Misuse the platform to solicit, sell signals, guarantee returns or run scams (we moderate the community for exactly this)
• •Attempt to access another user's data or bypass security controls
• •Upload malicious content or abuse the API beyond reasonable rate limits
• •Represent the platform's data as investment advice

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans bill monthly or annually as chosen at checkout. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are covered by our Refund policy.

5. No financial advice

Trade Journal is a journaling and analytics tool, not an adviser. Nothing in the product, blog, community or AI coach constitutes investment advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, with notice where practical.

7. Liability

The service is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced via the platform. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
