Privacy Policy
Your journal is yours. We collect only what's needed to run the service — and we never sell your data.
What we collect
Account basics (email, password hash, trader ID), your journal entries and analytics, community content you post, and standard operational data (IP, user agent, audit log entries) for security and abuse prevention.
How your journal is treated
Your trading journal is private to you by default. Community posts are visible publicly and always on your own initiative. Session hashes, Argon2id password hashes and SHA-256 token hashes mean plaintext secrets are never stored.
What we never do
- •We never sell or rent personal data
- •We never show ads based on your trading data
- •We never share your journal with third parties except as needed to operate (e.g. encrypted storage) or as required by law
AI & providers
Optional AI features send only the specific content being processed (e.g. a post being moderated, weekly trade stats) to the configured provider when you enable them via the Provider Center. Provider integrations are gated — nothing leaves the platform while a provider is disconnected.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time (GDPR-ready). Deleting your account removes your journal, community content and personal data.
